I hate to say it, but for the second presidential election, the NY Times has had the quickest and most accurate calls tonight.

They are way ahead of all other news sources. Whoever is running that particular part of their business, is doing a great job.

Here is a history lesson.

In 2000, there were 12 states that Bush that were not called right away versus 7 states that Gore won that were not called right away.

For Bush, the average time to call the state was 110 minutes. For Gore, it was 49 minutes.
