President Trump said he is seriously considering a pardon for former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn.
So now it is reported that, after destroying his life & the life of his wonderful family (and many others also), the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has 'lost' the records of General Michael Flynn. How convenient. I am strongly considering a Full Pardon! Trump tweeted on Sunday.
Flynn, 61, pleaded guilty in December 2017 for lying to investigators about his conversations with then-Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak, and faces possible prison time.
After swapping legal teams, Flynn changed his tune, telling the U.S. District Court in Washington in January, I am innocent of this crime." He filed to withdraw his guilty plea after the Justice Department asked Judge Emmet Sullivan to sentence Flynn to up to six months in prison, though afterward, the department said it believed probation would also be appropriate. Flynn's team, led by Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor, is now pressing for the dismissal of his case, arguing that the client was unfairly treated by the FBI.

Agreed. bagpipin' bill barr could be sleepin' jeff session's twin brother..
Just Brett Bruen complaining on FOX about Trump tweeting about Flynn.
A pardon now would deprive his new legal team of the opportunity to show in court that the Justice Dept colluded with his former attorneys to have him plead guilty to a crime he didn’t commit. If that point can be established, he has a good chance of winning a huge settlement from his former legal team. A premature pardon could be to his detriment.
This is America. We aren't supposed to have a Stasi or KGB. This is so horrible it's hard to know what to say. I always thought the FBI was there to protect all of us. Now it appears that the FBI likes some people, and doesn't like others (e.g. Strzok’s comments about ‘smelling the Trump voters at Walmart’). So, unless Strzok is an aberration, and people like him are rare in the FBI, the FBI has failed America.
Yeah, but he did that under duress.
Yeah, but he did that under duress.
Not it.
Yeah, it is good to post on something besides coronavirus. BTW, did I tell you about Ole Joe Corona Biden?
The article hints at things, but is severely lacking in pointing to a basis for its conclusions.
Ugh.
There are some sick bastards in the FBI.
Put him in charge of draining the swamp.
It may be time to disband certain government agencies and start from scratch.
Suspend, Commute, and Pardon, are three different things.
Barr has the records and is hiding them. Gotta protect his peeps yo.
Maybe so, but that means nothing in a court of law where the duress comes from the prosecutor.
I think I agree with you in principle, but all these cases all result from and are part of an illegal coup attempt against a president.
“Yeah, it is good to post on something besides coronavirus. BTW, did I tell you about Ole Joe Corona Biden?”
Sorry, but as bad as Coronavirus is in old people (often lethal or life-crippling), it still doesn’t come close to explaining Biden’s condition.
OK, now you need to re-read what you just wrote. HOW can President Trump pardon ANYONE if he loses??
The entire reason e are at this point is because the Judge refuses to hold the Prosecutors(Team Meuller) in contempt. They outright refused to provide these records despite the Judge’s Order. After dragging that out for over a year they no claim records are lost??? Just like the 302s were mixed up with the wrong names for well over 2 years. Judge doesn’t want to find fault with the DS. He is a coward. He could have dismissed this matter for cause at any time. DS is still running the show. Same with the FISA cases. Slow playing to save the Judges involved.
