Perhaps we should follow the Chicago model. They have the toughest anti-gun laws on the books. The murder rate in Chicago is sky high, did the killers pass background checks to purchase their weapons? Just asking.

Says more about his base than Trump. Ted Cruz is a solid conservative and a good man. Unfortunately, he almost lost a statewide race in Texas to an unapologetic gun-grabbing far-leftist. In Texas. This doesn't bode well for his political future.
Probably time for Senator Cruz to look for a future career that doesn't require campaigning. I think he'd do conservatism well on the bench.

My wife, at least a 6th generation Texican, says she is very disappointed in Ted Cruz and that if he wants to represent Hollywood and New York City he should move to one of those.
All the GOP needs to say is that they are only interested in ideas at work. If gun consfication works, then prove it. Take all the guns away form Chicagoians and monitor for a year. Screw emaothing! Screw your fake crocodile tears for murdered children when your party not only exterminate 1000 time more baby’s in a day then all the school shootings in a year, bring us something that works or piss off because all liberal ideas are proven failures!
