In a nod to the racist birther conspiracy that enveloped President Barack Obama, a tweet claiming Harris wasn’t eligible to run for president because of her immigrant parents went viral. It has been repeated as fact so often that Harris is now forced to explain her ethnic background.
Was nothing learned from Obama’s run for president? He also faced the same inane, pointless questions about his mixed-race identity as Harris. Just like Obama, Harris has exposed narrow-minded views of blackness with her presidential run. Harris is a multi-racial woman who was born in Oakland, went to high school in Montreal, and worshipped with both Hindus and Baptists. She’s a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, and yet, by her account, knows how to make an incredible bolognese and a mean pot of collard greens. If the criteria for running for president is being authentically American, people have to accept that this is what that looks like.
“I think they don’t understand who black people are because if you do, if you walked on Hampton’s campus or Howard’s campus, or Morehouse, or Spelman or Fisk, you would have a much better appreciation for the diaspora, for the diversity, for the beauty in the diversity of who are as black people,” Harris said on The Breakfast Club.

Whatever other crap is in the article, it is clear that she is not a natural born citizen. Neither parent was born in the US. This is really easy to look up.

We’re arguing with a bowl of jello. The other side doesn’t define it’s terms except to point out that “conservatives don’t understand”.
My take: the USSC seems to view that birthrite citizenship is the Law. Further, they equate citizen-by-birth with “natural born” citizen. Kamala Harris & Barak Obama were born in the USA, the status of their parents is immaterial. We could point to all kinds of historical precedents but the courts & congress aren’t having any of it.
The only way out of this mess is for Congress to pass a law defining “Natural Born” and for the courts to enforce it. It doesn’t seem to me that we’re going to get a law passed affecting this election cycle.
It is not that she is black that made Obama ineligible... it was his birth place??

Actually her husband isn’t WHITE, as you say, he’s a JEW, which makes him less white than she is black. He’s not lying about it though.

It's Jemele Hill. Without race she has nothing to say or write.
The problem is that she is not qualified to be president because of her inexperience.
According to Willie Brown she slept her way into the jobs that got her foot in the door, so she is part of the problem and not the solution for the #MeToo movement.
She wants to add POTUS to her resume but she lacks the experience to do a good or even adequate job. Apparently, that’s not enough to stop our intrepid Mrs. Harris, so with a significantly narrowed path to the White House she will campaign on identity politics and try like mad to get old white men to attack her so that she can gin up a pity vote. Voting for someone because you feel sorry for them is a sorry reason to vote for a candidate, but it could work, and did for the Kennedy family in Boston.
The problem with that is that she is running into some headwinds trying to fake her way into being Kamala down the block. So her campaign is going to be one that relies heavily on boogie men.

She identifies as black. Surely that establishes the genetic and physical reality of it. She isn’t as black in hue and features as Corey Booker and he qualifies as yaller (almost white) in the Old South. And being of Jamaican origin does not establish African heritage though, without social information, it makes for a better than even chance for it.
Subtracting those elements that were hidden, his parentage disqualified him. His parents were not both citizens.
She has played her race cards so much the tits were rubbed off the queen.

Hussein was ineligible on several counts and it is generally known though volubly denied. His Presidency actually is the precedent that makes just about anyone on Earth who is 35 years old eligible run for the office of President of the USA.
We did, in fact, “learn something fro obama’s election”: Any ambiguity regarding the Constitutional qualifications for President must be resolved before the primaries to prevent anyone who does not meet all of the requirements from appearing on the ballot.
It’s pretty obvious that she is the anointed one this time around, so we can expect the media industrial machine to work like mad to bend reality for her, and we can probably expect another Nobel peace prize for doing nothing, or some other sort of statusy award thing to happen.
