The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.

The prosecutor is being very careful to keep defining what she means by Congress as the Senate and the House. She knows something and is working toward it.
The flight to French Polynesia is more than 8 hours. Not easy for someone who has PTSD, claustrophobia and fear of flying.
I imagine she is on meds, probably self-medicates. I read she said she suffers from Panic Attacks, well I do and have to take some meds for that. I bet though she is taking some strong stuff, like Xanax or Ativan and those can affect behavior.

The impatience and childlike desire for instant gratification and some TV drama like “takedown” is part of why this is all such a mess !
According to McConnell even if by chance it doesn’t get voted out of committee it will still go to the full senate for an up-or-down vote so that the Republicans will be on the record if they voted against them. I think that the Republicans while pretty stupid or not so stupid that they don’t realize a vote against Kavanaugh by them will probably be among their last votes in the Senate because they will be primaried out.
She’s trying to act real naïve about things, the law, etc … this is a woman who found and signed the NGO Physicians for Human Rights letter, lending her professional credentials to it.
The group investigated human rights abuses in SYRIA, etc... she’s not some 15 yr old unworldly waif.
