There’s no way Dr. Ford didn’t have a “Best or a number of close friends” at that age and in that school.

I think the delay is because the Democrat team is still trying to convince/coach/encourage/bribe a former H.S. friend to testify.
They agreed to nothing, just repeated their same talking points from the previous correspondence with more insults thrown in - so they let this deadline come and go without agreeing to appear and testify. In addition, she added associates of Andrew McCabe to her legal team according to what John Fund of National Review just said on Fox News.

This law was recently passed and does not apply as the Constitution does not allow for ex-post facto laws. A dead end for them.

I absolutely will not vote in the midterms if we do not have a SC appointment, no reason to as far as I am concerned because if they don’t like our choice they change it anyway. Their goal is not to put him him prison, it’s to keep him out of the USSC. All they want is to start the investigation. That’s all that’s needed to keep him out of the USSC. You know, they already tried to get the FBI to investigate so she is not concerned about a lawsuit. She probably has a false sense of security knowing she’s got good lawyers working for her. They seem to be good enough to halt the Judge’s vote.
