I am not a legal expert by any means, but I think the thing that will save Judge Kavanaugh is that there may be a statute of limitations from the time you “remember” the event, a period of one year, probably, on the other hand, since Ms. Ford does not live in Maryland, the statute of limitations may be tolled. The S/C has taken a stance in a number of rulings against RMT which may help, but on the other hand, the corrupt District Attorneys of this land have found ways around this. Judge Kavanaugh needs to be very careful, this is a landmine, and I have been afraid for him since this liar came to light. This is very deadly and very serious. Our prisons are filled with innocent men (and women) who have been accused of this. Our sex offender lists are composed primarily of innocent people. The real offenders, where there is concrete proof of guilt, never ever ever see the light of day.

Ms Ford is a hard core left wing political activist filled with hate for the conservative Kavanaugh. These activists will lie to advance their political cause. In fact they think this a righteous and noble act.

Harry Reid lied about Romney not paying income tax. It was a bald faced lie. After the election when he was confronted with proof of his lie, he told the reporter, “It worked didn’t it?” What Ms Ford is doing is no different than Harry Reid’s lies.
