Andrea Mitchell: Trump’s Cancellation of Brennan Clearance Could be “Obstruction of Justice”
FinkelBlog ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Can doing something you have the legal right to do nevertheless constitute a crime? Yes . . . according to Andrea Mitchell.

On today’s Morning Joe, just moments after acknowledging that President Trump “has the legal right” to have canceled John Brennan’s security clearance, Mitchell continued:

“Arguably, some people will say, and I’m not a lawyer, but I’m certain that Mueller is looking into this, that this could be another issue of potential obstruction of justice. Whether it is of criminal import or not, it certainly is a question.”

On a positive note, Andrea, yanking Brennan's security clearance could be called Obstruction of Treason. Now Brennan is no longer able to easily access information that he can use to continue his war against this Republic. Pres Trump has been overly generous with his patience with these leftist activitists in the media and our govt.

The blanket policy should be only current cabinet members and staff should have a clearance.

“To govern effectively, secrecy is needed and must be maintained”

There is too much secrecy in government today at all levels.

Most national defense secrets are leaked to foreign governments. Information on computers is hacked and disseminated. Congressmen, staffers, and bureaucrats with security clearances leak frequently and intentionally. Contractors, like Eric Snowden, possess national secrets and release them for cash or a perceived moral reason. Journalists also trade in government secrets and leak them to advance a political agenda. Politicians have on their own discretion allowed military secrets to be conveyed to potential enemies. Liberal employment policies result in spies being employed in weapons labs, at defense contractors, and in the bureaucracy.

Most “secrets” are secret only from the American people who are kept in the dark and manipulated by government’s control of information and security laws that are never enforced when broken by elites. Hence we live in a nation where a sailor serves a year in prison for sending his parents a photo of his submarine yet a Secretary of State (Hillary) puts national secrets on an unsecure home server and is given a pass.

Time to make government transparent. Why maintain secrecy when our perceived enemies have the information?

That a highly paid member of the media lacks even a child’s understanding of the Constitution and the law is a very serious threat to our freedoms.

I feel this is not aimed so much at Brennan as it is at the sources of his information. Removing his clearance makes leaking intel info to him a crime. The leakers would likely think twice knowing they can now face serious charges for transmitting classified materiel to an unauthorized person. The diehard swamp things will not care but the not so zealous folks at Langley and elsewhere will now think twice. And... if Brennan or operatives directly tied to him can be caught seeking classified intel, then we have a situation that may call for lots of popcorn.

What would this worthless turd Andrea Mitchell call trying to undermine and overthrow the duly elected president of the United States?

That’s what Brennan and his fellow coup plotters were trying to accomplish.

Brennan should be indicted.

If President Trump's motorcade caused Mueller's motorcade to have to pull over and wait, Mitchell would call that obstruction of justice.

His clearance should have been taken away on the day he lied to Congress. That IS a crime.

And spied on the Senate intelligence Committee both of which Andrea explained in her piece ... she did explain that didn't she?

Brennan was a member of Trump’s team. How can you keep someone on the team if he says the boss is treasonous?

Liberals want us to believe Brennan will be ‘hiding in the shadows’ like an imaginary illegal... when in fact he works for CNN as a stupid loudmouth.

Brennan has the right to say whatever he wants BUT HE DOESN’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACCESS TO TAXPAYER PAID ‘INTELLIGENCE’...

Andrea Mitchell - hysterical commiefa type...

No.
I do not do videos, today or ever.

When Andrea Mitchell is accepted by MENSA, I might take her Seriously.
Until then, anything she says is uninformed and ignorant crap and propaganda, and life is too short...

Only a minuscule number of former federal employees at the very highest levels are accorded the courtesy of retaining their clearances to act as a resource for current administrations.

This courtesy is a time bomb.
There is absolutely NO RESOURCES ENEMIES DOMESTIC SHOULD BE PASSING ON TO ANYONE!

Additional sedition and treason from Enemies Domestic is something we can do without.
