Hating people for their ideology is no different than hating them for their religion (an ideology by another name). So that makes it a hate crime and a civil rights violation.

By READING the article, one would see the HOMEOWNER leaned INTO the idiots car to get punched in the face as it says after he was hit his arm was trapped in the car.

Would imagine a first year law student would be able to successfully argue the homeowner ‘pushed’ the incident.
