Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte, the Dancing Doctor whose medical license was suspended this month, filed an objection to the emergency suspension in court on Thursday, seeking restoration of her ability to practice medicine.
In two filings in Fulton County Superior Court, Davis-Boutte seeks a court review and temporary restraining order that would allow her to return to practice. The doctor argues that the Georgia Composite Medical Board did not have an adequate basis to take the emergency action and it did so without providing her the opportunity to defend herself in a hearing.

Is she a doctor/exotic dancer, or what?
She is what happens when unqualified people are allowed into medical school. Affirmative action must end.
The Race Card - Don’t Leave Home Without It.
She’s going to play the race card in hopes of getting a large financial payout from somewhere.
The problems of her patients fall in the dindu nuffin category.
A black Air Force Captain performed the first surgery I ever had with no issues, but that was in the 60s and well before affirmative action. The last three surgeries I had I chose white male surgeons because they are the only ones you can be reasonably sure got their credentials through merit.
When you get affirmative action hires in entertainment, advertising, make-work government desk jobs, public relations or HR departments in a company, the damage they can do is relatively limited. There are other areas where having competent people is literally a matter of life and death - medicine being one of them - where any rational society would never let political correctness trump competence.
About the first thing I thought when I first heard of this on local news a week or two ago.
She has no shame as a professional now known to be a danger.
She just misses that income and the attention. “I’m suspended? WTF! And here I just brought a nice new home in a non-minority neighborhood!
What am I supposed to do for money? Besides, my patients, they need me!”
You would think that minorities would figure that out. Affirmative action makes people leery of minority doctors, because you don’t know if they are qualified, or if they got their spot in med school due to their race or ethnicity.
She doesn’t have a winning hand in this one. All the malpractice cards are going to outplay her race card, and many of the malpractice cards are held by black women if the YouTube videos are any indication.
Exactly! The same thing applies to Obama’s directive for more minorities in air traffic control What is wrong with merit-based hiring? Oh, I forgot... it’s racist and due to white privilege.
That raises the immediate question of how the hell they got around laws against no-bid contracts, for one thing. The same question applies to all other affirmative action contracts and hires, whether they're based on race or on sex.
“She is what happens when unqualified people are allowed into medical school.”
Hey, she was No.1 in her class at Wakanda University.
“That raises the immediate question of how the hell they got around laws against no-bid contracts, for one thing. The same question applies to all other affirmative action contracts and hires, whether they’re based on race or on sex.”
Probably get slammed for this because I am Israeli, but in the USA, I pick doctors in a certain order:
1. Jewish, OK, male or female
2. Gentile, white, prefer male
3. Asian (including Indian), OK male or female
4. Gentile white female
I won’t see anyone else.
I went to MIT back when they had quotas to keep down the number of Jewish students. I know the inverse of Affirmative Action very well.
“All the malpractice cards are going to outplay her race card, and many of the malpractice cards are held by black women if the YouTube videos are any indication.”
Oh, they won’t take her license.
The insurance companies won’t cover her. They operate on risk tables that are very much color blind.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.... (breathe) ha, ha ha.
Wasn’t “diversity” in charge when those US Navy ships wrecked? The military is another place where it’s dangerous to experiment with unqualified people.
