I doubt you’ll get slammed for it. Sounds like you are playing the odds.
However, I will point out that if you needed brain surgery your approach would have eliminated the possibility of going to one of the best brain surgeons alive today, Dr. Ben Carson.
It’s interesting though that affirmative action may cause the opposite of what it is intended to accomplish.
If that's true, she'll win her court case. Courts tend to support tribunal decisions --provided they follow procedural fairness. One of the procedural requirements is: Audi Alteram Partem (hear the other side). That rule is essential to liberty.
They suspended her license on an emergency basis because she is badly injuring patients and putting them in the hospital. The last incident happened on May 30. Just because this lunatic doctor claims there was no emergency basis for the suspension doesn’t make it so. She lives in la-la land.
The “emergency” thing is a wrinkle. However, there’s been plenty of time since then to convene a proper hearing. Setting aside the particulars of this case for a moment, tribunals must not be allowed to run amuck. Consider, for example, the kangaroo courts on college campuses. The principles of Natural Justice are the underpinnings of liberty.
