Am I the only one in my spinning class at Equinox in Manhattan whos fed up paying $200 every month for a gym with clean showers, $3,000 in rent every month for an apartment without cockroaches and $8 every morning for a cup of coffee? Am I the only one moving through the greater part of New York City boroughs and seeing an inexorable march of urban decay matched with the discomfort of crowding and inexplicable costs? I know I am not.

Negative of Exodus: They are moving to red states and turning them purple and maybe blue.
These rats should stay in the nest they fouled.
Dear Mx. Tate.
Remain where you are. It’s is much worse out here in FOC. Don’t take the chance. Your are much safer in NYC.
Regards from FOC.

What the hell is a “spinning class” anyway?
“You are...” Not “Your are....” See, dangerous out here.
Nevada has a giant Ahole running for governor on a pro abortion, anti assault weapon, anti slide-fire stock, anti suppressor, anti NRA platform and is on tv every damned minute. Must cost millions for his statewide advertising campaign. California has destroyed Nevada.

Wow. That’s us. We are moving to the deep south from...Manhattan. But we promise to never, ever vote for a Dem or for high taxes or for a sanctuary state or town. We are devoted to conservative principles.
Liberals move to other states and recreate the environment they left behind.
I’m not surprised though.
A decent Manhattan apartment for $3K/mo? It’s a bargain - I’ll take it!
They ruined their own cities now want to ruin ours.
If one wasn't so delusional, one could be demanding that the ne'er-do-wells be locked up so one could take a brisk walk in the city on the cheap, without fear of being attacked by the now-locked-up ne'er-do-wells.
Unfortunately, developers are colluding with politicians to urbanize suburban and rural areas, lowering quality of life.
Stationary bikes en masse.
Stay in your liberal enclaves that you voted for and created....
Manhattan is expensive.
What people don’t want to live in less trendy parts of NYC?
Its not the end of the world if you don’t live near Times Square or Central Park.
“California has destroyed Nevada.”
I guess so.
And with Steve Wynn now gone (or no longer Mr. Big), the odds of NV going to the dogs just went up exponentially.
