Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) has reportedly shopped a book to a top New York publisher titled, Speaking Truth: Hard Facts and Hope for America’s Future, fueling talk of a potential run for president in 2020. “Senator Harris has been encouraged by many people over the years to write a second book and is actively considering it,” Lily Adams, communications director for Harris, told the Daily Beast, which acquired a copy of the book proposal.

“Speaking Truth” (by a democrat) = More Lies (by a democrat) + Slavish acceptance and worship (by her ABCNNBCBS press corpse) + worship by the majority of voters in NY, MA, CT, VT, RI, DE, MD, CA, IL, etc.
The terminally lazy who vote Democrat hoping that the government will continue to do their stealing for them, the ultra rich who can afford to ignore the reality of statism because they're insulated from its effects, the severely corrupt who know what a disaster socialism is, but expect to get a chunk of the loot, and the envious who cannot grasp that other people are more successful then they are because of superior work habits, life choices, intelligence, etc. - all of these make up the Democrat party base. These people seem to be concentrated in cities and on both left coasts.

She was born in Oakland. She’ll be considered natural born citizen no matter where her parents were born.
What might hurt her is that, although an attractive woman and successful, she never married until 2014 (when she was 50 years old) and never had children. Single career-minded women might end up loving her, but a lot of working married women with children will find her life story very odd.
She can run and if elected, she'll be sworn in. The citizenship of her parents will never be a factor no matter how loud birthers stomp their feet over it.

Her parents were foreign nationals. She is not a natural born citizen and thus ineligible to be POTUS.
