Warren on taking DNA test to prove Native American heritage: ’I know who I am’

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) in an interview broadcast Sunday said she knows who she is when pressed about her claims of Native-American heritage.

She was questioned during an appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press" about an editorial in a Massachusetts newspaper, "Warren must resolve debate on heritage, which said a DNA test would "permanently resolve the issue."

“Look, I do know. I know who I am. And never used it for anything. Never got any benefit from it anywhere," Warren said.

A few hairs, a used fork which she ate with, fingernail clippings, or a used Kleenex tissue all would work.

An old bat wing? Some facial oil left on her John Denver glasses? A chin whisker?

Re: The Washington Post fact checker in 2016 wrote that there is “no official documentation” of Warren’s claim to Native-American ancestry

What??? She has the high cheekbones and a supposed Native American family recipe in a published cookbook!!!!!!! If that isn’t proof then I don’t know what is.

That’s awesome. Grandparenting the right way. Having fun and using imagination rather that the TV.

Per previous articles, when she was around 9 years of age, her grandmother told her she had high cheekbones.

That implied that she is Native American.

So there! It’s settled science!

Maybe she’ll use the DNA company that admitted they report black blood in everyone “just to screw with whites.”

A check of her Harvard records would show if she claimed minority status to obtain her position

And while we’re at it, let’s have a peek at the school records of the magic kenyan.

Someone needs to follow her around wearing a chicken outfit, carrying a sign that says: “I know WHO I am, are so ARE you!?

My suspicion is that she’s already taken the test and it’s disproven her claim.

one reason for not wanting to take a genetic test is if senator Warren committed a crime and is afraid of the test being proof of a connection to the crime.

“”And never used it for anything. Never got any benefit from it anywhere,” so why claim it Elizabeth if you didn’t benefit by it or use it now to show your unwhiteness or your un-white privilege””

That’s a question she should be asked certainly...Why was it ever brought up if it wasn’t useful to her? We all know BS when we hear it...

I took a little liberty to edit your post....

“”The Washington Post fact checker in 2016 wrote that there is “no official documentation” of Warren’s claim to Native-American ancestry “”

I can’t tell if they meant there is nothing to prove that she EVER claimed THAT ancestry or there’s no proof that she HAD that ancestry. I read it two ways....

We are missing it people.

The SOB Todd ( I haven't seen who did the interview, so I'll assume it is him ) is trying to help her get this issue behind her.

That tells me her internals are sucking pond water.

Now this from Wayne Allen Root, I saw it on CTH:

"A new Axios/Survey Monkey poll came out before all this amazing news. It showed that if the 2018 election were held today, five Democrat incumbent U.S. Senators in West Virginia, Missouri, North Dakota, Montana and Indiana would be defeated decisively. And three more in Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin are leading by only single digits. The voters in this poll didn’t know about the new jobs numbers or the North Korea breakthrough.

And this from Ashley Parker:

For those watching this Trump rally with... interest, many West Wing aides say this what to expect in the midterms: Trump, unleashed, traveling the country, “campaigning” as he pleases.

Hmmm, does Hope Hicks join Brad Pascale, as they both work on a possible Senate with 60 members?

So my bottom line?

She is beatable, Please Team Trump if you are lurking, Campaign in MA ( and MI, Stabenow is even more vulnerable IMHO ) and give the suffering MA conservative residents a life line, help elect a Republican Senator from the State of Mass...

Insisted several times yesterday she isn’t running for prez in ‘20.She is up for re election this year and probably doesn’t want people to think that she’ll wind up campaigning for POTUS and ignore Senate responsibilities.Supposedly a safe seat for Dems but who knows..

“Look, I do know. I know who I am. And never used it for anything. Never got any benefit from it anywhere," Warren said.

And yet a quick Google search shows this to be a lie. One has to customize the Google search a bit to avoid the snowstorm / chaff of current articles on Warren, but if you limit the search range to articles before 12/31/98, you get this from the October 22 1996 article of "The Harvard Crimson".

Of 71 current Law School professors and assistant professors, 11 are women, five are black, one is Native American and one is Hispanic, said Mike Chmura, spokesperson for the Law School.

Although the conventional wisdom among students and faculty is that the Law School faculty includes no minority women, Chmura said Professor of Law Elizabeth Warren is Native American.

...In other words, she has already taken the test and KNOWS that it verifies NOT ONE DROP of indian blood flows in her veins...

My thinking exactly. Probably did it anonymously so there would be no chance on anyone ever connecting her to the sample she provided.

If it were true she would be rubbing everyone's noses in it. But it isn't so she has to hide.

How hard is it to get a surreptitious sample?
