NEW YORK — As Michael Savage contemplates a run for the U.S. Senate in California, the radio star on Monday unveiled a platform of borders, language and culture. In an email to Breitbart News, Savage outlined his plan for the Golden State if he decides to jump into the race:

Seal the borders, build the wall like a citadel, deport illegal aliens.

English is the only language permitted on government documents, including ballots used for voting. Again: English only voting

Fix the homeless problem in the big cities of California – get rid of the needles, feces and trash off the streets.

Bring the state taxes of California down to 9%.

No more racism as a way of life among the political class.

Be strong on the environment.

On his national program on Friday, “The Savage Nation” host said he was asked by “some very important people” to run as an independent against Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

He has a fantastic radio voice, great ense of humor and an amazing ability to spin a good yarn.

BUT:

he is politically unreliable and something of an opportunist.

it is amazing that people do not immediately realize that this is a publicity stunt.

he is simply trying to raise his profile.

Same here
I started listening after he moved to KSFO in the early 90’s and I still listen from time to time. I've always felt that he was at least 50% theater. There's no chance that he'll run for Senate. It's just a bit he's going to work for a few weeks to get attention and ratings. Not a chance that he'd quit his current job at age 75+ at the peak of his career with way more money than he'll ever spend in his remaining years.

Thanks, now I’m envisioning lasagna, ideally to be enjoyed while watching a news report about The Great Wall being built.

Please elaborate on the economic policies you believe he is weak on.

"he sees no “need” for ownership of black sport utility rifles"

"No need" doesn't equate to putting a bullet in the back of our head if we don't give up our weapons. From California I will take anything other then a Tyrant.

Love the guy. He tells it like it is, and pulls no punches.

This is what we need right now.

Long overdue. Diane Feinstein is vulnerable, and Californians might just be sick of the state of their state.

Wasn't it, "Borders, Language, Culture" that rocketed Donald Trump into office?

Even if he loses, the outcome can eventually support division of the state. (East California).

His limited view of firearms (to own) isn't the same thing as banning any.

"Michael Savage Unveils Platform for Possible California Senate Run."

HA..!! well then he better hurry, this was recently in the LA Times .... I got it off Drudge.

"Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ohio Gov. John Kasich will headline an event to debut a new group seeking to reform the California Republican Party."

If that don't scare the hell out of you, nothing will..!

That’s great, if your running for governor, he’s running for the wrong office. If he wants to run to help PDJT, great, and his borders, language, and culture works their too, however he can’t do what a governor can in DC.

A good example is healthcare. Savage doesn’t get that the market free from government interference results in MUCH better healthcare than socialized medicine in terms of MUCH better quality, availability and cost. He also doesn’t get that federal meddling in healthcare is patently unconstitutional.

Having said that, I’d love to see him beat Feinstein with a club.

“I’d vote for Michael over any of the communists in Cali.”

I’d vote for Gorbachev if he ran in California. He’s more to the right than either of the Senators.

Great, but with the RATS giving illegals the vote, and the “jungle” primary, it is an uphill battle.

The RATS will continue to bring in illegals to add to their voter base until they are eaten by their creation.

“Weiner doesn’t have the temperament to hold political office. “

And he knows this, I’ve heard him talk about it before, how he’d never have the temperament to sit up there.

I guarantee you di fi will never agree to debate Michael Savage on TV. She is an ignorant, angry b!tch who should never have been elected to public office.
