OMG! How do you even begin to recover from this - after 29 YEARS of captivity?
Prayers up for those kids. What a nightmare!

You’d be surprised Some of them will break but some will be lifelong friends and will find strength in each other.

No punishment to fit the crime in demo-islamist ruled CA.

This is so, so weird.
Each case like this also gives the lefties a strawman to jump all over homeschoolers. I don’t think they were teaching any academics here. The parents in fact sound outright crazy and will likely end up in mental institutions rather than prison.

My kids claim they’re abused if the Internet is off for 36 seconds.
“There’s literally nothing to eat here!” means, “There’s a full refrigerator and pantry, but it’s not what I feel like right now.”

If the parents were together through it all, then Romeo and Juliet likely met when they were 27 and 19 respectively. JMOPO, but shell probably be happy to spend the rest of her days in prison if it means being away from him.

So the guy reporting wondered how this could happen....he said, “Maybe they were home-schooled and not allowed to go out.” These media people show their true colours all the time.

i looked on Google map at the house location: Very odd thing.
The house doesn't exist in the airplane view. The car drive by view the house is there. Which means the house is a relatively new house:
how did he buy that house or rent it if he is bankrupt?

I’ll bet all the kids are his but not all of them were hers. I’ll bet the older girls were his sex partner’s and had his babies.

And I know of young parents who take the trouble to travel to China to adopt a child. They would probably be willing to pick up at least seven of them and give them loving homes.
