This is the chilling moment a group of nurses laughed as a World War II veteran died in a Georgia care home. The nurses were meant to be fixing an oxygen mask onto 89-year-old James Dempsey after he called for help saying he couldn't breathe. But a surveillance camera captured them laughing as the breathing machine failed, and Dempsey fell unconscious, and records show they waited an hour to call 911. One of the nurses is seen laughing so hard she is doubled over Dempsey's deathbed. Initially, Dempsey's family in Woodstock, Georgia, thought he had died of natural causes in Northeast Atlanta Health and Rehabilitation Center in 2014. However, his son Tim had promised they would install a hidden camera when he first moved in there as he feared mistreatment. Weeks after Dempsey's death, Tim reviewed the footage - and what he saw sparked a three-year legal battle. Despite watching the video in court in 2015, the nurses kept their licenses until now that local television station WXIA-TV/11Alive persuaded the court to release the footage to the public.

This is the result of eight years of obama and how race relations have been all but destroyed.
These racist nurses should all be in jail.
btt
Racist or not.. It’s just plain mean and cruel. They might even technically skate the law, if truly nothing more could be done. But again I kind of doubt that nothing could.
Where has heart gone? It has become weak and Satan has chased it into a corner. Steal the guy’s jewelry even, but have mercy on his life. We have a problem worse than the nurses. It’s a problem of loving (and fearing) the Lord too little to do something about the circumstances that degrade care homes into careless homes.
Probably a point there. Barack helped gin up old grievances and so “acted stupidly.”
You got that right........
And that’s why I aspire even at my late age to evangelism.
“Her secret to long life is 11 swisher sweets a day along with a fifth of whiskey. A little crack every once in a while.”
My Dad likes a beer at lunch, gin at 4 and a glass of wine with dinner. Eats an apple every morning. Smokes a cigar about once a week. I don’t think he likes or has tried crack.
Well, before the modern “puritanism” (which well deserves the scare quotes) cocaine was a legitimate pharmaceutical. Babies have surely been thrown out with bathwater. And yet I wouldn’t want to source anything of that kind from the street unless it was to save a life.
And for what it’s worth, a gal who hit the Guinness World Records as oldest in the world, a French woman, drank a glass of wine daily.
At that age it’s pretty clear that spirit is what is carrying them. Why not help them live it up a little. Our modern ideas for the aged can border on inhuman with their clinical sterility.
But being a spiritual nut as I am, sometimes I wonder if I will live a lot longer than the doctors might suggest. Or I’m just too stubborn to croak :-). Spirit has a lot to do with resiliency. One needn’t look forlornly for a heaven only after one dies, if one welcomes heaven to come along while one is still living.
Don’t worry. Jesus is coming and the wicked will be thrown into the Lake of Fire.
hahaha...she doesn’t do any of that stuff. Does find it funny that she could just tell them anything she wants to... :)
I’m guessing more than a few unfortunately.
Blessings
