Someone needs to tell the doctors. Their standard M.O. seems to be get the blood pressure, look at a chart, and if x>y, write a scrip.

Most didn’t make it that long till something like high blood pressure could get them.
And walking everywhere doing manual labor burns out a lot too.

You get nervous at the doctor’s office.
And if you tell them no they look at you like you’ve

There is a very high correlation between sleep apnea and high blood pressure. If you snore at night or your partner tells you that you snore, please, please, get a sleep apnea study done.
I did not and now I am on daily BP meds and likely will be for the rest of my life.

I recommend taking your BP monitor in with you when you see the doc and check it against what the doc reads. It also might be worth while to request a larger cuff at the doctor’s office.
Absolutely. Big Pharma is in complete control now. Wait til you are literally forced by the FDA/Pharma to take these meds under the same auspices used for forced vaccination. It’ll lower healthcare costs and “protect” everyone don’t ya know. “
