Push is on to disbar James Comey after Clinton scandal
Washington Times ^ | 18 Oct 17 | Stephen Dinan

Posted on 10/18/2017 5:36:45 PM PDT by SkyPilot

Ty Clevenger filed the grievance in New York, where Mr. Comey was a former U.S. attorney and is licensed to practice law.

Mr. Clevenger said Mr. Comey’s testimony to Congress that he did not predetermine the outcome of the FBI’s probe into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is belied by revelations this week that he in fact started drafting an exoneration months before even speaking with Mrs. Clinton.

“Insofar as Mr. Comey gave materially false testimony to Congress, it appears that he violated Rules 1.0(w), 3.3(a)(1), and 8.4 of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct,” Mr. Clevenger wrote.

He also asked to renew grievances in New York against former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, saying Mr. Comey’s claim that she tried to pressure him to downplay the Clinton probe should subject her to scrutiny.

I am unclear what the FCC would have to do with the Commie News NETWORK. Networks do not require air wave licenses.

“General MacArthur hanged every single Japanese War Criminal found guilty of “War Crimes” out on Main Street on the Street Light Poles for every single Japanese to see and he would put a sign out in front of these war criminals on why he was being hung on Main Street.”

Unfortunately, many were not found guilty, or even tried:

“Following the Japanese surrender, the Australian government wanted to prosecute Emperor Hirohito as a war criminal, but this was opposed by the Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers, General Douglas MacArthur. MacArthur believed that administration of a defeated Japan would be greatly facilitated if the emperor appeared to be cooperating with the occupying Allied powers. This could not happen if the emperor was charged and convicted of war crimes. President Truman backed MacArthur against Australia, and Japan’s leading war criminal escaped prosecution solely on the ground of political expediency.”

Hanging from the light poles does not seem to be reported, but perhaps was among this?

“In addition to the central Tokyo trial, various tribunals sitting outside Japan judged some 5,000 Japanese guilty of war crimes, of whom more than 900 were executed.”

There also appear to have been only seven hanged in Tokyo.

Disbar? Whoop-dee-do.

There’s an army of democratic criminals involved in all this stuff and the suggestion to disbar one of them is a bit of a let-down.

I wish we had a real Attorney General.

I wish our President would appoint a real Attorney General.

Indeed. “Dismember” would be a better a goal than disbar.

Partner, from what I have read and have been told by a lot of WWII veterans is that there were a lot of Japanese that should have been executed for their War Crimes but they were not turned in for some other reason. Why? We do not know.

They were hung in Tokyo and I do not know the numbers but it does not matter since it was a direct message to the Japanese folks that the Military War Crimes Court meant business when dealing with the Japanese War Criminals. Most of the folks I have talked too told me directly that the Japanese were a "Brutal Enemy" and they did not care about the USMC and this was just one of the main reasons that the USMC had to kill a lot of Japanese soldiers since they would not surrender to the USMC.

General Douglas MacArthur was the so called Emperor of Japan after the surrender of the Japanese on the "Missouri". General Douglas MacArthur did so much for the country of Japan to get this country back on its feet.

Emperor Hirohito was the emperor on paper.

Also, the hanging of Japanese War criminals was a message to the people of Japan that they had lost WWII and that War Crimes were going to be dealt with harshly. The Japanese folks got the message.

I took a lot of my information from fomer USMC men who served in WWII.

Another subtle message to the Japanese was that General MacArthur was not afraid of the Japanese by riding into Tokyo without a side arm.

General Douglas MacArthur was an Army General and not a USMC but he really respected the USMC during WWII and afterwards also.

Personally, I would say that General MacArthur's actions transformed Japan to the country it is today.

A lot of folks did not like him, but a lot of veterans were very disappointed when Truman took him out of the Korean war which I strongly believe now was the start of this so called "Wars directed from D.C." mentality instead of letting the Generals fight the wars. Like I keep saying that you can not fight a war if u have not even been in the Military.

Partner, I forgot to add that Comey, Mueller, Holder, the Clintoons should also be hung or executed if found guilty of selling 20% of U.S. Uranium to Russia.

I doubt this will even go to trial with the mentality that we have in the Fake News Crowd and the American people.

Disbar?

Comey collaborated with modern day Ethel Rosenberg that was selling highly enriched uranium for personal gain.

Please do not think it was just the Russians and/or perhaps not China, Iran or anyone else willing to pay into Hillary Clinton’s slush fund also known as the Clinton Foundation while she was Secretary of State.

Furthermore, I doubt this is the only State secret given away. I have NO DOUBT Hillary sold our secrets to the highest bidders of the Clinton Foundation.

Make no mistake Hillary Clinton is a Traitor and a criminal.

Ditto Comey who is lied under oath and helped cover up high treason. Disbar Comey would only be a slap in the wrist.

Partner, most Freepers agree that these guys need to be disbarred big time.

Comey, Mueller, Holder, Lynch and we know that the Clintoons were disbarred as well as the Imposters Obama.
