Push is on to disbar James Comey after Clinton scandal
Washington Times ^ | 18 Oct 17 | Stephen Dinan

Posted on 10/18/2017 5:36:45 PM PDT by SkyPilot

Ty Clevenger filed the grievance in New York, where Mr. Comey was a former U.S. attorney and is licensed to practice law.

Mr. Clevenger said Mr. Comey’s testimony to Congress that he did not predetermine the outcome of the FBI’s probe into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is belied by revelations this week that he in fact started drafting an exoneration months before even speaking with Mrs. Clinton.

“Insofar as Mr. Comey gave materially false testimony to Congress, it appears that he violated Rules 1.0(w), 3.3(a)(1), and 8.4 of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct,” Mr. Clevenger wrote.

He also asked to renew grievances in New York against former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, saying Mr. Comey’s claim that she tried to pressure him to downplay the Clinton probe should subject her to scrutiny.

There are 3 “bars” that should be in Comey’s life:

* Liquor bars - stay out of them

* DisBARment - for unethical/unprofessional behavior as a lawyer

* ReBAR - as in a prison cell wall and window

Dude looks like he wears some sort of eye makeup

He looks like he has the same kind of permanent eye liner like Bret Michaels.

Lock him up. Then disbar him.

As long as he either does life in prison after testifying against Bill, Hillary, Lynch, etc, to put them away, or if he refuses that, hangs, I don't worry too much about whether he's disbarred. Thanks SkyPilot.

Disbar is the first step.

How is he not paying any consequences for what’s been revealed so far?

How do these people get away with blatant crimes?

It pays to be on the Clinton/Soros payroll.

Our “ruling elite” are above the laws they write for us - which in a nutshell explains why Trump won against all odds. People are tired of the shenanigans from elected and appointed government officials.

I don't get it: Why would a guy like James Comedy risk his career, his reputation, possibly even his freedom all to keep a psychopathic multiple felon above the law? Would he do it for money or was his life or his families life threatened by the psychopathic multiple felon who is above the law?

It was meant to be he would become an officially tainted witness.

He can and will defend himself from any disbarment proceeding.

Yup, we want to see this guy not only disbarred but we need to see him with a prison uniform and ball and chains tied to his ankles.

Both Mueller and Comey are so corrupt and they should be in jail.

I loved reading about the Military Court that the "Shogun of Japan---General Douglas MacArthur" established to find out who was needed to be tried from the Japanese military for "War Crimes".

General MacArthur hanged every single Japanese War Criminal found guilty of "War Crimes" out on Main Street on the Street Light Poles for every single Japanese to see and he would put a sign out in front of these war criminals on why he was being hung on Main Street.

The Japanese changed their ways forever!

Of course, we know that General MacArthur was the de facto president of Japan for almost 4 years in Japan after WWII.

Probably, the main reason why the Japanese have prospered and are still prospering after WWII.

Some Japanese War Criminala should have been hanged but they were not tried for "War Crimes" , unfortunately. They suffered internally in their hearts until the day they died.

We need to start sending a strong signal to these criminals like Comey, Mueller, Rothstein, Holder, Lynch, Obama if found guilty of these crimes.

He’s not the only one that should be disbarred and in jail.

Yep and if the uranium bribery story were about Republicans we would be seeing nonstop coverage on every single network and website. Every democrat politician would be screaming to anyone with a camera and/or a mic that we need a grand jury and an independent counsel. Can’t even express how outraged the imbalance makes me feel.
