The articles on it are worse than this video clip, they are getting there meds brought to them...including Alzheimer’s meds...excuse they can’t fly home to their docs...uh, they all have mansions or fancy apartments in DC or VA and access to docs there as they actually now live there not their home states.

Nobody dies from diabetes. They die from complications due to diabetes.
Sotomayor doesn’t look like she’s in compliance with medical guidelines so she may just drop dead from complications or lice another 20 years. Be that as it may, I have doubts about Trump voicing this as opinion to anybody but the strictest of confidants.
What I do think is that it’s prudent to have contingency plans for known unknowns.
