As a political and economic system fascism would be a better comparison. And like socialism, can be a logical steppingstone to communism. Nazism’s racial theories, and particularly the transition to real world implementation are what sets it apart. And can Communist governments implement similar racial/economic/social policies of extermination, of course, they have. Though usually based on economic, political and social affiliations. I don't understand the point of your response. Karl and his parents converted when he was 5. They renounced and denounced Judaism. He ceased being a Jew. For the next 20 years, he was an active Lutheran, writing Christian apologetics in college. He was also a viscious antisemite.
