Executive Order that Could Cause Millions to Self-Deport
The Federalist ^ | 09/14/2017 | David Barulich

This idea to use the tax code as a method for getting businesses to replace illegals with legal workers is amazing! Trump could do an executive order and put this in place immediately.

It's even better than building a wall because a border wall doesn't do anything about the illegals who are already here. This article describes something that would cause millions of illegals thrown out of work to deport themselves. No ICE round-ups necessary. No need to wait for Congress!!!!

No job is the ultimate wall. Prosecuting a few of the millions of double-professional non-housewife households that employ nannies, cleaning ladies, and lawn service illegals would get the buses rolling. Mow your own grass, care for your own children, and clean your own toilets assholes. Or.... pay the ACTUAL cost of these services.

Why doesn’t he perp walk a few dozen big business owners instead? He doesn’t need any EOs at all to do that, just enforce already existing laws. The rest will get the message.

Para bailar la Migra
Para bailar la Migra
Se necesita una poca de coyote
Una poca de coyote
Para mí, para ti
Ay, arriba y arriba
Ay, arriba y arriba
Por ti seré, por ti seré, por ti seré

This is a really excellent concept. Which of course is why it will be bitterly opposed by the Chamber of Cronies, Wall Street Journal, and rest of the open borders crowd who have prevented E-verify from becoming mandatory to this very day.

To summarize: only payments to verified employees and independent contractors would count as a deductible business expense. Hire an illegal and you can’t count it as a legitimate business expense.

The Treason Lobby doesn’t want the Wall built.

Because they know that a Bush Republican or any Democrat can reverse the “paper wall” that the dimwit writing this article thinks is just as good.

Better concept is to seize the businesses and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone who hiring illegals.

Only works if all government assistance is cut off, too.
Food stamps, medical services, housing and even education.

And certainly do not allow them to have a
Drivers license.

This is absolutely 100% correct. Why spend billions on a Wall that likely won’t work anyway?

Remember Arizona SB 1070? Before the black robed thugs shut it down - it worked!

Over a million illegals VOLUNTARILY left Arizona.

Self Deportation works.

I agree with you but have a couple questions for you or anyone with some better understanding than I. I own a construction company. I hire sub contractors in the course of business. I see a great many sub contractors operating as a corporation these days. How do you e verify an s corp? How could illegal immigrants own one? I have suspicions.

Why tie the wall to everything? The wall is stand alone issue(punny).

The threat of asset seizure of property owned by illegal aliens would do wonders.

It won’t get the thousands who game the welfare system to leave, but it will remove a big incentive for a lot of illegals.

Walls work, ask Isreal. Besides spread out over 5 years the wall is basically free.

Because they know that a Bush Republican or any Democrat can reverse the “paper wall” that the dimwit writing this article thinks is just as good.

They can overturn the multi-billion dollar concrete wall by handing visas to everyone at the door.

As a life long bookkeeper, I can assure you that the laws regarding hiring non-citizens, etc, have been in place for over 40 years. The biggest problem is that employers—small contractors for example, cash checks from clients & pay CASH to those workers. I once did the books for a roofing company. Took me MONTHS to figure out that was happening. 18 employees on the books-—18 more getting CASH ....for years before I got there. I refused to sign any more payroll reports after that.
