Just a personal note about Deputy Robert French.

My cousin is a teacher at the worst school in Sacramento and he knew Deputy French. He said the Deputy stood out in his efforts to help maintain order. RIP

Littlecloud’s adult criminal history dates to 2004 and includes a six-year prison sentence for assault with a semi-automatic weapon, a short jail term for possession of an illegal sawed-off shotgun and a three-year prison sentence in 2013 for evading a police officer and possession of a gun.

He also was sentenced to a little more than a year in prison for grand theft in 2004 and then served a similar sentence in 2005 for stealing a car, court records show.

Littlecloud was indicted by a federal grand jury on four felony charges in San Francisco federal court in June 2016. He was released from jail two months later pending trial after his stepmother used a home to secure his $100,000 bail.

>Perhaps the judge got a kickback from the bail company that will now sieze the home of the fellow’s stepmother.

Judges are basically priest in the leftist system. They can’t be punished.

Behavior like this judge makes it clear while our forefathers practiced lynching on corrupt officials from time to time.

Judge Teresa Brennan in MI is a doozie, too.
I’ll wager that we agree on the women’s vote.
Firesuit’s on.

Exactly. If the perp had been on trial from attacking judges, you can bet her decision would have been different.

I wonder if we could take up a collection for a billboard ad with a question. Would you buy a used car from Judge Kim after she released a convict that murdered French?

Eight years is too long for her. Can Trump unappoint her after the end or her term?

There has to be some king of official accountability for these imbeciles who,act as judges. The judge should be financially imperiled by the family for her ruling.

It's called impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate. Unfortunately the Democrats would never vote to convict her.

Again — what kind of case was brought?

So many people are rabid for a seeming solution that they may overlook a worse problem. Not even Gorsuch could help a feeble prosecution.

The Constitution and reality have conspired to make judges very hard to unseat.

I do see some kind of effort to speak to a liberal mindset in warning about dangers to officers, but maybe the prosecution needed to learn how to walk a second mile, not just a first. What kinds of things do liberals believe in. Getting psych help into the picture would be a plus here, I would aver. What might fail as a criminal law argument might succeed as civil law appeal. It’s often the story that after committing a killing, such people kill themselves (even though Littlecloud didn’t). Having pulled hell down upon their own heads, they sever the last tie with life. A liberal mindset would care about that. While conservatives sputter and fume in frustration, maybe getting wise to what they are dealing with and speaking its language with respect would be a wiser tack. It would require some humility, but God has allowed Kim her post and He should be honored.

What do those fake pearls around her neck do for her— seriously?

She can clutch them whenever confronted with a commonsense point of view.
