Federal Judge Sallie Kim did not heed a warning given by an U.S. Assistant Attorney that Thomas Littlecloud was a danger to the lives of police officer, and she released him anyway. Shortly afterwards, two California Highway Patrol officers were shot and one Sacramento deputy was murdered by Littlecloud.

There has to be some king of official accountability for these imbeciles who,act as judges. The judge should be financially imperiled by the family for her ruling.

Guarantee that Judge Kim got numerous calls from fellow Federal judges telling her not to let her decision bother her and just move on.

They live behind their gates, protected by private security. These judges know they won’t be held accountable so they are perfectly fine with their rulings.

I’d want to know what was presented in court too. Not just what the judge said. If the case was weak, what can the judge do? Is she supposed to launch an inquisition based on the gravity of the accusations? IF, of course. The devil can be in the details.

I don’t doubt you are correct. Its just too bad that these foreseeable circumstances don’t impact the judge directly. Had her child, or that of another judge or politician been a victim of this snake, it would serve justice.

She should pay a price for this. At the least, lose her job.

Another liberal judge who thinks all people who break the law, from illegals to this scum bag, deserve a break. Well, I hope she thinks long and hard about what’s she’s done here and that the officer’s image never fades from her mind.

>>Lock . . . Her . . . Up<<

Unfortunately, this won’t be close to the case with the DC Swamp still very much in charge of things.

There was a time when she’d be held accountable.

At minimum, Judge Sallie Kim should send formal apologies to the victims and families of the victims and then resign.

Fat chance, many of those in government nowadays have no ethics or honor and would never do what should be done. Even when people die due to their reckless actions.

I have never heard of, been in the company of, nor read the consistent opinions of any female judge that focused on the Rule of Law rather than their own personal opinions and preferences. I have no respect for female judges at all anymore.

I can’t find who appointed here except for “ She was appointed to this position on July 30, 2015”. I assume that means obumber.

Just the possession of a weapon is a violation of his felon status and an automatic trip ticket back to jail.

The guy was a psycho but the judge was the trigger. He just “pulled” her like a puppet on a string, and three law enforcement officers died because of her.

My son was a police officer and a combat veteran of Iraq. If he had been one those killed that day, I wouldn’t give that judge one minute of peace for the rest of her life.

The large billboards just telling what she did and what happened would be the best “shaming” method that is lawful.

If she had a soul, she would quit.

Just ask her how much blood on her hand does she want before she goes.

You are right. The article was a little confusing because it said that two CHIPS officers were shot but didn’t say whether they died or not. Then the Deputy was shot and killed. Somewhere I did read a misleading article that implied that all three were killed. Pisspoor reporting.

It should never have happened.
