Mueller adds muscle for Russia investigation
Axios ^ | June 11, 2017 | Mike Allen

Posted on 06/11/2017 2:30:13 PM PDT by be-baw

"The Worst Thing That Happened to Donald Trump this Week" — Paul Rosenzweig, on the Lawfare blog: Special counsel "Robert Mueller has hired Michael Dreeben, on a part-time basis, to help with his investigation. Dreeben, a deputy in the Office of the Solicitor General, has argued more than 100 cases before the Supreme Court. His specialty has, for the last 20 years, been criminal matters and he has an encyclopedic knowledge of criminal law."

Be smart: Mueller is amassing the talent arsenal you'd build to bring criminal charges.

They can create fake evidence.

Sharyl Attkisson had classified material placed on her computer, and multiple computer analysts said the breaches of her computer were done with software proprietary to the US government.

Wikileaks showed us that the CIA and NSA have the capability of leaving “fingerprints” of other entities when THEY mess with somebody’s computers. Why would that ever be needed? The only reason you would ever use something like that is to falsely frame somebody else for what you have already done.

The US government is a criminal enterprise. We know that.

They can fake anything they want. And that is one of the big reasons that the deep state HAS to go.

Sharyl Attkisson heard from a first-hand source that the “presidential directives” that are sealed can contain orders to perform criminal acts, and the POTUS can give cover story indemnity - that is, those who committed the crimes can lie to cover what they did and cannot be held legally responsible for what they did. POTUS could privately order murders of people known to be innocent - whoever he wants - and nobody could do a thing about it, unless some brave “white hat”/whistleblower came forward. But even at that, they could change records so the evidence was gone, could plant crap to impeach the character of the witness, etc.

When Hillary asked why they couldn’t just drone Julian Assange, it should have told people what lawlessness we’re dealing with. And apparently somebody who was at that meeting with Hillary was alarmed, because they told Julian Assange about it. Hillary didn’t deny having said it; she said it was a joke. But the witness who spoke to Assange said it was NOT a joke, and she was mad that people didn’t take her suggestion seriously.

Obama has been given the power to order assassinations of US citizens - no questions asked and no disclosure/accountability allowed - if HE says they are a threat to national security. Think about that.

Dennis Montgomery says that he was hired by Brennan and Clapper to figure out how to undetectably download a whole database and replace it with an uploaded - altered - database. Montgomery says he did that not only for the Hawaii Department of Health database but also for the Florida voter database. Do you think they couldn’t do the same thing with an ISP database? At a critical point in my investigative work I received an online “suggestion” that maybe child porn would be found on my husband’s computer - right after I had noted on my blog that the ability to mess with emails would allow crooks to plant fake evidence against innocent victims. I had brought up the subject because a very important email that I had sent was removed from the ISP database - an email that only the FAA and my research partner should have known about if nobody was snooping in my emails...

People need to realize that the US government is a criminal enterprise, and the criminals in office and in high bureaucratic positions have all the powers of the US government that they can freely use against ANYBODY THEY CHOOSE.

This is not America any more, folks. People have GOT to truly comprehend the situation we are in. When we say “deep state” we are talking about something VERY, VERY close to what Adolf Hitler had at his disposal. And we already know that they have used those tools on even the little people like me. They’ve also used it on whatever honest people are still left in the press - so that even if whistleblowers did come forward, it would never get air time. Only propaganda gets air time. The SAME tools that Hitler had.

Either we wake up and stand together to fight this beast, or this nation is toast.

Horrible. Mueller is commissioned for a witch hunt. He will be successful. Somehow. Anything it takes.

They don't think the Trumpkins will do anything about it.

Boy, are they in for a big surprise.

Yes - they're basically telling us that we can vote all we want - but if our guy wins, they'll just remove him from office.

That's when "Muh Russians" start voting, dressed in their snappy brass & copper uniforms, rank after rank of them.

The current special counsel regulations specify that...

Who writes them? Who can change them?

They are not a statute. They are not a court order.

They are completely and entirely within the executive branch

Aren’t you tired of this omnipotent court system that is given its power by the consent of the governed and yet we can’t do anything about it?

I have a similar problem on my hands right now with a consented power I don’t seem to be able to control.

“Agree 100%. The significance of the lack of prosecutions against these gov’t gangsters tells me they have gained the upper hand, probably through promises to make his family disappear. Either that or Sessions is a complete incompetent. Maybe both”.

Buddy, the enemy was inside Trump’s gates long time ago, and is now pounding on his bedroom door. WE are THAT close to losing the republic forever.

LOOK AT POST #81 - HE/SHE KNOWS WHAT’S GOING ON HERE. An attempted coup via election hack by the democrat party.

Look at the following article -

Three states (that we know of) faced a hacking attempt by DHS. This POS IG Roth was directed to investigate in March. What have you heard about this since? Nothing.

Trump is -ucking up bigtime by not having pursued the attempted hacking, as well as unmasking. On day 1, he should’ve sought to appoint all new intel agency heads. I believe he could’ve appointed all new IGs to four agencies immediately without confirmation, in order to open investigations on unmasking/hacking.

The press would LOVE it if there were tapes!

They believe that the existence of tapes, regardless of what was recorded on them, would instantly provide “substance” to the case.

Now a total abstraction (Comey’s word against Trump’s) the mere existence of tapes would trigger a fresh round of Watergate references and associations.

The “Trump Tapes” would be the ultimate wet dream for the press...

...which is why I’m certain that when Trump said to them “you won’t like the answer” he meant there are no tapes.

There are no tapes. Trump just brought up the possibility of recordings to force Comey into telling the truth about their conversations - which worked beautifully.

I think that is a very good point you bring up. The actual law expired in 1999 replaced by regs. However, while Trump can have them changed, it would be a big mess to interfere at this point. Someone would take it to court and you can only imagine the outcome on that.

He’ll appeal straight to the people, and get them on his side with tweets, press conferences where he rides roughshod over the press, and rallies. It’ll be street theater at its best, and he’ll be the star.

Good morning.

I’ve changed my mine. I realize now this whole special council thing is a setup.

I knew both Comey and Mueller were friends, and I also knew they both were friends with Rothstein but since there is no evidence of a crime or a statute broken I figured this would bite 0bama and Hillary in the azz eventually.

After what Mueller said, and who he is hiring, this charade has to be shut down. Now.

Not only is it a setup, but it has required the swamp creatures to reveal themselves more than usual. They do their best work in the shadows, and when they finish a hit, their usual outcome is that nobody even knows they were there.

Comey, in retrospect, took a HUGE risk setting up his buddy as "Independent" Counsel AND getting Rosenstein out of the way.

Whatever they are covering up, it must involve extreme risks to some seriously important swamp creatures and their whole ecosystem.

You are correct. What do you think all this Comey “testimony” and Sessions[I recuse myself] testimony is for? They are not interested in what either has to say. Comey could recited poetry and it would have had the same effects. They are only interested in getting something that they can twist into using against President Trump. Get President Trump is their goal.
