In an open letter to outgoing Pomona College President David Oxtoby, a group of students from the Claremont Colleges assail the president for affirming Pomona’s commitment to free speech and demand that all five colleges “take action” against the conservative journalists on the staff of the Claremont Independent.
The letter, written by three self-identified Black students at Pomona College, is a response to an April 7 email from President Oxtoby in which he reiterated the college’s commitment to “the exercise of free speech and academic freedom” in the aftermath of protests that shut down a scheduled appearance by an invited speaker, scholar and Black Lives Matter critic Heather Mac Donald, on April 6.

I saw a movie once where a political party was staging a coup- and one of the first things they did was round up all the college professors and kill them. I was young and stupid then (as opposed to old and stupid now) and did not understand why on earth they would kill teachers.
NOW I get it...they wanted THEIR professors to teach what they wanted.

That’s right Mr. K. It was a remake of the Mao Tse Dung story. Cleanse the landscape so to speak. What’s old is sometimes new again.
It might also be irrelevant here. Even if a “cluster of possible truths” is entertained, one still can reach some conclusions unless that cluster is so conflicted that there isn’t even any general consensus about up and down.
We needn’t be able to argue a refined theological treatise to reach most conclusions useful on earth.

Dewey removed Classical Christian curricula and the Great Books/Bible so that children would be so ignorant and dumb they would actually believe that “snow is black”. Only the Christian worldview created the Age of Reason and Modern Science and the ideas in the Founding Documents of USA.
That is where most of these snowflakes come from—the evil “System” put in by Marxists which just program children to make them into ignorant fools with no common sense, no reason or logic possible. They are easily controlled and angered (emotion controls everything). ALL Natural instincts were WARPED in the indoctrination systems and TV/Movies to flip 2000 years of Ethics to destroy virtue formation in children and understanding of truth—Natural Law Theory.
