Why don’t they just cut to the chase and order the US to take in all 65,000,000 refugees.
And if we can survive that onslaught, take on all the refugees next year. And the year after.
In fact, let’s just have a judge declare our borders invalid.
Or impeach any judge who issues rulings that are not based in the law or the Constitution.
Why do we even bother with elections when we have judges?

Never happen. If it did it would be slapped around silly. A court cannot interject itself on its own will. It needs somebody with standing to bring action and the only entity with standing to define who and how many immigrants are accepted resides with President Trump, executive authority.

The courts can’t enforce any of their unlawful, unconstitutional rulings without the willing participation of the executive branch. It’s just that simple.
Trump is being defeated by a few communists judges and he is not fighting them. All future Trump EO will be destroyed.

Trump needs to tell ALL these judges to “ mind their place “
He needs to issue an EO that states that if ANY terrorism occurs within the United States that the judges who are a party to these TRO’s and other judicial actions will be held as accessories to terrorism and will be held accountable and prosecuted .
These black robed Lib a-holes need to be made to fear . There’s no other way . They have a role in society , but what they are doing these days is NOT the role . They need to be put in their place(s), or held as part of the security problem America MUST deal with .
They need to impeach these judges who make up the law. Congress needs to do it NOW.
Trump needs to ignore the courts on this issue as they have no standing.
