The judges who ruled against his previous travel ban have been over ruled in spectacular fashion by an en banc panel and may now be subject to disciplinary action, including impeachment
In fact, this Hawaii Judge's ruling may be moot because the previous 9th Circuit ruling's have been overturned by the empaneled Judges

After the next major immigrant terrorist attack Trump should declare a notional security emergency and arrest all these judges as co-conspirators.
