I was given a few hundred rounds of WWII 30-06. shot 10. 8 out of 10 fired.
Pulled the rest and reloaded it with non corrosive primers. 70 yr old powder(4895) still shot fine.

Sure it is public. That is Dragon Man and he has his gun store/shooting range/museum just a few miles NW of Schreiver AFB east of Colorado Springs. I have been on a tour of the museum that was led by Dragon Man. He even has numerous tracked vehicles including tanks.
