Furious Trump went ballistic at Priebus and Bannon, then stormed out the Oval Office (trunc)

Donald Trump erupted into a 'ballistic' Oval Office tirade against his senior staff for failing to fight off Sessions' recusal amid Russia links and told Priebus and Bannon they weren't flying on Air Force One to Florida, before storming out, reports have claimed.

The president was seemingly expecting a celebratory week following his praised speech to Congress on Tuesday but after a fresh round of Russia allegations, Trump was furious over the 'mini disaster' according to multiple accounts.

He was allegedly especially upset over Attorney General Jeff Sessions' decision to recuse himself from all FBI investigations regarding Russia on Thursday and took it out on his senior staff the next day. In his 'ballistic' rant, Trump gave his aides a verbal lashing and told chief of staff Reince Priebus and chief strategist Stephen Bannon they wouldn't be accompanying him on Air Force One to Florida, before storming out on Friday.

Lmfao this is the funniest comment of the day! Nowhere near that aptitude of Bannon? He and Pubus are insiders that look more and more to be pulling the strings

I so agree with you...

People, calm down...President Trump didn’t get to where he is without knowing what was going to be facing him...did you listen to his rallies while he was campaigning...did you pay attention that in every one of his rallies, he would drop a hint what next was coming down the pike???

President Trump has this, move out of his way, he knows how to fight, been doing it all his life, you think these little ‘swamp snakes’ know anything about fighting??? Hell no they don’t, and neither do a lot of those on here...

You voted for the man, now let him do his job!!!

The media has mischarctetized Trump dozens of times while video of what he really said was readily available. So now when its an alledged leak with no video to verify why should we beleive it? The media has throw away their benefit of the doubt by lying when we could double check them.

I can't imagine that Sessions would recuse himself without consulting with Trump. He's been in Washington a long time and knows all of the rules.

But, who am I. I just know that even at my low level of employment I was obligated to inform my boss on everything that I was doing concerning his business. Why? Because of the nature of my job, I was on my own and under my own supervison.

I’m not buying it. On The Apprentice one of the little business lessons he gave was about never losing your cool. He said that the only reason to act angry was when it was part of your plan. Remember how he toyed with Mittens over the SOS appointment? That’s President Trump displaying rage.

Andrew Jackson was pretty hard on his staff too. Of course I have no idea if this Trump story is true or not.

If Sessions acted without prior notice to the President, then he should be fired.

You’re buying into the sh*t the press a-holes are dishing out.

Jeff Sessions is VERY SMART. He is one of the smartest leaders alive today.

The a-holes in the press are going to write everything backwards from what it truly is.

Sessions recused himself because he will be a witness for the prosecution because he was also illegally tapped into.

But the press a-holes will pretend to do a victory lap over his ‘recusal’ and they will get people like you believing it was wrong and weak for Sessions to recuse himeself, and with this piece-of-sh*t article they are script writing a fantasy that the President is ‘furious’ at Sessions recusing himself like Nixon was, like Hitler in the Bunker was.

You can take it to the bank that the President was made aware of the wiretap on Sessions and heartily encouraged and approved his recusal.

But the press a-holes won’t let people like you believe that.

The President and his Attorney General are WINNERS, meaning they are people that are extremely smart and have been playing the game for a very long time. They know how to beat these a-holes.

Every move, every action the President takes is calculated to win. The press a-holes can’t allow an image of the President winning so they will pump up the ‘recusal’ as defeat and add in the fantasy that the President went ‘ballistic’ on Bannon. Anyone who believes that is a fool.

I agree. It means he’s not up to the job and in a big important way.

You give yourself away and your statement is a disservice to certain members.

Go file a complaint to your parents or guardians if you ever had any for dereliction regarding your education.

He's not a 'wartime consigliere'. Rudy would be.

Rudy would not have recused himself, at least not without a fight.

Not in a million years. Not like this.

It’s the Daily Fail. Like the Enquirer, sometimes they’re right, sometimes they’re wrong. This story sounds plain silly. I hope he is angry at Sessions for his dumb move, though.
