Vanity: Can the president ignore the court and continue with his valid executive order?

Vanity Discussion Question: Can the president ignore the court order and continue with his valid executive order?

It appears the president is acting in accordance to his constitutional powers and specifically in accordance to laws regarding immigration and has been challenged and overridden by an unconstitutionally political activist (liberal) court.

If so, can he can he continue with his valid orders controlling the actions of the executive branch? No doubt this would set up a "constitutional crisis" but this is going to happen soon anyway as it's the only way we will ever restore constitutional government, ie, the liberal activist courts will have to be toppled eventually. Why not now while we have a strong president and Republican majorities in both housees of congress?

Just askin'.

Chill for now, find another way to do it. Institute extreme vetting for ALL immigrants, then they can’t say it’s anti-Muslim, remind the world that the American middle class had its golden age when immigration was severely limited - the young people today will never know the prosperity that America knew before the middle class was crushed under the bootheels of the globalists.

Also, he needs to channel Bill kinton and fire the DOJ attorneys en-masse.

Of course he can - the court has no enforcement arm. Little boy king ignored Judge Andrew S. Hanen of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas that stayed the issuing of his illegal work permits to illegal invaders.

Jefferson on Marbury vs Madison that established the judiciary as ultimate arbiters. His criticism is just as valid today as it was then, and it’s exactly what has transpired. . He should read this before the American people and tell the people that one branch of government doesn’t Trump the other two.

Jefferson disagreed with Marshall’s reasoning in this case:

“You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.”

I’m sure there plenty of ways to proceed with controlling the borders.

The hearing for the restraining order should ONLY be about the merits of issuing a restraining order, NOT the merits of the EO. The whole thing is wrong. And again, constitutional mandates trump a restraining order, regardless.

“Can the president ignore the court order and continue with his valid executive order?”

I believe he can, and I do not understand his thinking for not telling the court to pi$$ up a rope. I have to fantasize that he has some larger plan in mind that somehow justifies allowing the scores of terrorists to keep coming through the door the courts have opened.

That is what the liberals want. That would be their grounds to start impeachment hearings and the faking fakers in fake news would run a 24/7 campaign ad and the antifa would burn every city.

Obama told the Republicans “Try to stop me.” And the Republicans with majority in both houses said, don’t worry we won’t even try.

Pat Buchanan just made the same point, more completely and eloquently than did I:

"Trump must break judicial power"

In light of the unconstitutional actions by the Circus, the border must be totally shut down.

Yes.

It is literally an example of legislating from the bench.

Not without provoking a constitutional crisis.

How so? And by what Constitutional authority does a district court judge over rule the President of The United States on security?
