So let me get this straight, is that two judges or one judge with four names, and that would be to get the treason charge correct. Both those, or that one, judicial appointee to keep things straight should immediately be charged with aiding and abetting the enemy that many have died fighting, as the order also aids a charge of national suicide aimed at the same member or members of the judiciary. Congress needs to step up and slap these folks upside the head while exercising national security.

...and no I didn’t follow the link, as I didn’t find it necessary under the circumstances. I’ll stand by for critique should it be necessary.

Are we really going to let a cabal of kawyers and judges determine the future fate of our nation ?
Imagine an America without any of them....
We curse ourselves to death playing these stupid games .

",p>the 9th Circuit"

They're ready to declare that Trump isn't even the President as soon as someone brings that question before them.

Surely this is not an unlikely event. Everyone knows about the 9th circuit and the Supremes. Never miss an opportunity to attack your enemies. The great speech at the Al Smith dinner is such a battle. The whole room had to sit there and listen. I loved it.

"Immediate" stay denied, but they haven't made a final decision on the matter.

"The court has asked for both sides to file legal briefs before the court makes a decision. "

Very unsettling but not surprising. I suspect we are going to witness a historic battle between the judiciary, executive, and legislative branches.

The liberal judges are writing laws and the American Citizen will provide the ink with their blood.

Come on President Trump. Show them who is in charge now.....

Let the refugees in but make sure they are settled in wealthy liberal areas for a change.

This may be a bad time to send it to SCOTUS. 4-4 ties may uphold the Federal Judge’s ruling?

This isn’t a new ruling, it’s the same one that has been the subject of several recent FR posts. It is from the same Black Lives Matter supporter, Judge James Robart, who suffers from terminal White Guilt disease.

This is not legitimate action by the courts. Trump is going to have to go around the courts somehow to get his policies enenacted or else everything for his entire presidency is going to be decided by the scotus. Permission from the courts to wield presidential power? This can’t be.

It’s a win-win for us either way.

For all of Obamas term the mantra was that immigration was solely the power of the federal government and specifically the power of the executive office. So the states had to take all the immigrants Obama forced down their throat.

Now the courts have suddenly decided the states have a voice in the matter and can demand immigrants in their borders. Well if they have the right to demand immigrants - they have the right to deny.

Ultimately though this proves we’re no longer a nation of laws but that the leftists will continue to run on a “words mean whatever I want them to mean at that point in time.”

Just what checks and balances do the exicutive and legislative branches have over the judicial branch?

I’m not seeing any.

Supreme Court in 2012 in the rush to slap Arizona already said the feds set immigration policy and law.
So the lower courts can pound sand on that.
