This is not legitimate action by the courts. Trump is going to have to go around the courts somehow to get his policies enenacted or else everything for his entire presidency is going to be decided by the scotus. Permission from the courts to wield presidential power? This can’t be.
Why not? It’s been true for other presidents. Did you think Trump was exempt from any decision by the courts?
The only way Trump needs to “go around the Courts” on this matter is to ignore them on it. Andy Jackson did it...so can Trump.
