What is the U.S. judiciary going to do if the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security simply keeps every traveler from those seven countries out of the U.S. — or just delays their entry indefinitely for some reason or another?

Well this is very different. The left has been shut out of power in 2 branches of government and plans to attempt to rule legislatively from the judicial branch. This is a total abuse of power. Immigration law that is governing the entry of foreign nationals and non citizens is not the judicial branches job! The judges in this case are not privy to any intelligence information and therefore it is not practical or safe for that matter to allow them to be in charge of making decisions that directly affect our national security. What’s next? Weighing the constitutionality of our foreign policy?
