Just what checks and balances do the exicutive and legislative branches have over the judicial branch?
I’m not seeing any.
The check is to impeach judges for malfeasance.
I’ve been saying this for several months now Congress can deestablish a circuit court via a vote. This is perfect opportunity the ninth circuit is my ideal candidate for the axe. I believe newt Gingrich was talking about how this can be done procedure wise several years ago on greta . Congress is the check I think. I only play constitutional lawyer on freerepublic.
The Executive Branch has an army.
He could have refused to enforce at first and challenged the order and stalled while he took his case to the people and tried to push through a judge though i doubt he would get enough votes.
He should have secured his beachhead a little better at first.
It's the back stabbing entrenched Republicans that going to be his downfall if it happens.
There are more of them than we know and they are just as ruthless and hateful scum as the democrats they just dress nicer pat you the back and smile.
they have made fools out of all of us for years.
There is nothing that scares or that these two parties hate than an outsider.
They will band together do whatever is necessary keep one out especially President even destroy the country. Don't believe me Look how bad they hated him in the race They would have gladly taken Hillary rather than him for President Trump.
