Are we really going to let a cabal of kawyers and judges determine the future fate of our nation ?

Yes, we have been letting it happen for a century. Nothing new here.
This isn’t much different than activist judges overturning the will of the people. In fact it’s the same thing because the people voted for Trump and his policies.
The judges are corrupt in a general sense because they support the status quo of those who hate Trump in the political and business “establishment” plus the Ninth Circuit has left-wing people on it who would be glad to overrule Trump in a heartbeat.
