Federal Judges don't stand for re-election. It's a lifetime tenure appointment.

These so called judges are nothing but political hacks. They should be ousted from the bench.
This is all great IMO. Not only is this judge about to be nuked, but it will only serve as further motivation for Trump to pack the federal court system with right leaning jurists.
As of now there 118 federal judicial vacancies with Gorsuch being the only pending nominee. Screw these libs bigly and pack the courts with judges that don’t crawl up the ACLU’s rearend.

Nobody is going to impeach anybody. You think the senate is going to remove the guy? This is what libs do when they lose elections.It’s why when we elect a Republican president, we don’t get anywhere.
I hope so as having just read the TRO from the judge, and the EO then how on earth can this stand?
It doe snot make any sense ot me what s ever that the judge can do this legally, when clearly the EO was well within the right of the powers of the Presidency.

Yes, the federal judge is wrong as Trump has the authority to ban immigrants from countries hostile to US interests and/or those who present a danger under the 1952 law.
Looks like State Dept reversed visa revocations and now allowing banned travelers in the US. Homeland security has stopped flagging folks as well.
This not good.
They have Used the courts to get actions via the Courts that they could not get by Legislation!!!
And that is going to be the battle!
I just feel our country is doomed. Something will happen under Trumps watch because of crap like this and the history books will say “terror attacks on Trumps watch”.
It takes 2/3 of the Senate to remove them, but only 50 votes to take away their jurisdiction and/or add judges to the 9th circuit. Both steps should be taken, but Turtlehead will be afraid.

Not really, because the judge has no legal underpinnings whatsoever. All he has is feel-goodism babble. Will be reversed no later than Monday.

Poorly drafted it would get an F in second year law school. Doesn’t even try to state an authority as is required for such an order (obviously because there is none - the president’s power is at its absolute maximum at the borders of our nation - and he has a primary duty to regulate the borders as he sees fit to defend USA. Courts have long recognized they lack authority to overrule the president at the borders of our country. )
The Bush family has been revealed as the big government, crony conservative, open borders bunch they are.
