The president’s order is intended to protect the homeland and he has the constitutional authority and responsibility to protect the American people.
As the law states, "Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."
The judge has usurped the President’s authority.
The judge needs to be impeached.

President Trump declares the immigration laws, as currently enforced (defined as "they aren't"...), present a Clear and Present Danger to the U.S. and is therefore shut down until they can be revised; no immigration until further order.

There is a political mediatic issue in that judges in this country are fodders for liberals to foist their fake news about Trump acting unconstitutionally. I am pretty sure Trump is aware of that, along with pu$$y Rinos not showing solidarity in call to impeach said judge
This being said, national security issues like these are off limits to these judges violating their jurisdiction. If a cop cannot operate in another state, same with a judge who has no say in military matters.

I do not remember any such outrage when Jimmah Carter banned people from Iran & parts of the Muslim groups. I cannot remember if he banned Shites or Sunnis.
