If she performs badly or inappropriately, having seen Trump’s performance so far, I have not doubt at all that she will be exchanged for another.

Why allow her to embarrass the administration in the mean time? It was clear from her confirmation hearings that she is the least qualified and least capable candidate that President Trump has nominated. He can do better, and should start that process now.

I see a lot of my high school friends (all upper middle class and conservative) writing lengthy tirades on facebook begging people to call their senators to vote against DeVos. Half of these people have children in private schools. I do not really understand.

Ask them to explain exactly what the federal Dept. of Education has to do with their child's education... they won't be able to answer, because it's actually very little.
