In WW2 (the last war which the US unequivocally won), we did not hesitate to level enemy cities through mass fire-bomb raids, killing enemy civilians by the hundreds of thousands.
Notice that Germany and Japan developed a profound disinterest in engaging in war after that.
The US should proclaim a similar level of disinterest in "collateral damage". When we find a terrorist, we won't bother to try to capture him -- we drop a 500 lbs JDAM on his location, without regard to whoever else might be there.
And then kill them if they are not already dead.

I see your point. Yes, specifically going after families (as opposed to taking out terrorists without regard to whether their friends and family may be collateral deaths) does seem to go further than we’ve gone.

Trump should demand the Countries harbouring the detainees to return said detainees to Club Gitmo, ASAP
Trump should let obama know he will lock up obama if he releases the 9/11 terrorists.
