None of those illegal aliens are “immigrants”.

There is no way this money to cover legal fees for people engaged in illegal activity should come from Taxpayer Money.

The legal citizens of Los Angeles who are in genuine need should be outraged that their city officials are willing to help criminals before they help those who truly need it.

It would probably go "Up In Smoke" in a few days. Hey, that would make a great name for a movie.

That’ll pay for Starbucks for Aguilera to Lopez. A small cup of burned brew each.

This I put in a thread about new laws about guns/magazines:

Los Angeles is setting up a fund with tax payer money to provide attorneys for those who are set for deportation because they are criminals(illegal aliens).

Now shouldn't tax paying gun owners demand public funds to provide attorneys for them accused of breaking some stupid liberal gun laws?

So glad we bailed out of California almost 20 years ago.

Eleven years ago for me and mine. Best choice we could have made, given the socio-political trajectory of California.

I haven't regretted that choice a single day, since.

Los Angeles has a plan to pay for it by planting groves of money trees.

You can’t go anywhere in Los Angeles without seeing tents on the streets. Ten million would help a heck of a lot of those people who are citizens (or pay for a bus ticket back for those who aren’t.)

LA and CA in general needs to decide if they want to remain part of The United States of America. If so, follow the rule of law. If not, GTFO.
