At the rates lawyers charge ? That $10M would be eaten up by probably less than 1,000 clients. It would take literally minutes for that many illegals in LA to sign up for assistance.

I predict these sanctuary cities will be Trumps equivalent to Reagan's air traffic controllers.

Cut their funding then send the federal marshalls to arrest whatever police chief or mayor opposing it. The second part is probably a bit heavy handed - not even sure he can do that.
