My heart hurts. I was so looking forward to an administration with Rudy in it somewhere.
Rudy was too PUSHY!!!!
He withdrew his name last month.
It is about what is best for the country and the new administration,...
For all those that dislike him on the board, one of the FEW people who helped Trump because he loved the country and wasn’t expecting something for it.
A great man, a great mayor and a great American.
I think he wanted a position in the cabinet and Trump gave him the chance to bow out on his own.
Being the man of character that he is, he would not attack or insult Trump.
I am heartbroken, but he will at the very least ALWAYS be NY’s only mayor to me.
are you out of your mind?!?!
don’t speak about things you know nothing about!!!
your posts are always so LOUD!!!
Me too. Very much.
It’s a pressure job, you’d really have to want to do it.
You, ma’am are a SNOWFLAKE!!!
This makes me wonder about RG’s health status. It’s clear that Trump wanted him as part of “the team.”
I agree with you.
It’s starting to look like Newt and Rudy were pushed out.
I don’t like it.
RG’s “pushiness” would only have been a complement to DJT’s presidency. I really think this is about RG’s health, and that makes me very sad.
I know right? Think how different the tone would be if Newt were the CoS instead of Rinse Prius.
I’m disappointed, too.
Trump's management style is that he doesn't like yes-men or people who are too eager to get the job. He wants people who are detached, aloof even, who are doing this out of both reluctance and the greater good of the company (or country).
Rudy was simply a cheerleader hoping to land a cushy job. Well, I'm glad he supported Trump, but there's a method to Trump's madness that people still don't get.
I have total faith in Trump's transition, which is why I took a #2 after the election and not going to worry myself over who Trump picked or is considering to pick.
That was my thinking too. I would not be surprised if he has a health issue. He seems all of his 72 years.
Just as good a guess as any!
Word is he was offered Homeland Security and turned it down.
Agree with you.
Rinse and Ryan are besties......they got this all under control.....
Puzder is the most ridiculous appointment yet.
I suspect he will use him in a valuable ‘advisor position’......under the radar. I think the two are long-time friends.
