Yes you HAVE to because the government says you WILL. Its not like them going into Hallmark and buying a box of invitations: that agrees with the judge. But to force the artists to create for something so intrinsicly wrong is an affirmation by the artist of the subject.

(BTW, Christians have theology that sometimes looks weird to modern Jews. Some of the details of how the New Testament authors tied Christian faith into Jewish history are less well known, though. Bring back the right of free association and that a business has the right to do business under it’s own terms. Those businesses that are to onerous to their customers will go out of business as their potential customers refuse to do business with them.
