If this judge doesn’t allow counting to begin, her effort is screwed. There’d be no way they could start a hand count Wednesday or Thursday and be done by Monday the 12th. All issues with a states electoral votes must be resolved by that day.
So, they would go through with the recount just for fun? Would a judge know this and realize it’s a huge waste of tax dollars?
I don’t know why libs do what they do. All I know is that MI certified its electors, sent in the list. It’s done.

I think that you’re hearing second hand news that is inaccurate or incomplete. If it was too late for a challenge I don’t think that election supervisors would be gearing up for a recount at this moment.
Ballots need to have a none-of-the -above or no-vote choice. This was known after the Florida fiasco of 2000, but it would eliminate one of the ways Dems could cheat.

I am not from Michigan, but probably what LS means is that they certified their votes last week to be sure. If the recount is not complete by the deadline, Michigan would be well within the right to simply go by the originally certified numbers (that were already counted twice) and select their electors by those numbers.

Stein who had only 1% of the vote and won no states would not gain anything from recounting these 3 states.All of a sudden an army of lawyers,a website, millions of dollars , a bot donating to Steins website for recounts ,a huge organization, a huge process materialize out of thin air or paid by the only one who could Soros? It's Soros.
And they still have a chance of recounting most or some of the 3 states to flip the electron not to Stein but to Hillary.
