I recall the United States has a law called the Anti-deficiency Act to prevent executive spending money not appropriated by Congress. I believe Obama should be charged criminally for breaking this law. Several government employees went to prison for violations of the Anti-Deficiency Act.

I am very interested in this. Please someone, comment on which of these would have happened anyway regardless of who was president. Also comment on what would have occurred under any Dimmocrat administration.
My suspicion is that there are geopolitical forces driving all this and it would take an extremely unusual and persuasive leader to bring our people to the point that they can take courage, courage I say, to do what is really necessary.
Please do not misunderstand me; I do despise Obama but primarily as a human being. Politically however, he is like every leading Democrat/RINO/McCain/Romney/Dole personage whom we might have seen elected. I can try to pray for his darkened, doomed soul, and try to show respect, 1 Peter 2:17,...
