They are declaring a tiny inkmark that may be a hyphen between Hillary and Rubio is voter intent is for Hillary?

It’s a stray mark.

Easy if you just download to your computer, sort by A-Z (using dropdown at top), delete Milwaukee then just sort again on vote changes, highest to lower. I then just sum started at the point of highlight.

Can Milwaukee Co pull what PA Philly did i.e. go up 22,000 votes to HRC? Is there enough there for +12,000. After a day for analysis on twitter it is suggesting based on patterns there PA wasn’t stuffing more votes in but forging replacement ballots to the origionals in the absentee area. So..its the way to shift vote counts without increasing vote counts of ‘found’ ballots

I see a Franken/Stein election bid for 2020.

Somewhat. Winning the recount crushes all else. Michigan and PA may fight in courts, but a won recount is stark, and . . .

306 - PA (20) - MI (16) is 270, and you get to 270 only by having wisc.

THAT is why the recount matters.

Oops Should be lowest (negative numbers at top) to highest. Then just scroll through and delete those not highlighted. Then just sum at bottom started with the first highlight, which here is Town of Lyndon.

No. The AP and other news organizations that call the states know on election night exactly how many absentee and provisional ballots are outstanding and have to be verified before being counted.
There are not enough absentee and provisional ballots out there to change Wisconsin results. If there were, the state would not have been called.
Trump will win Wisconsin again. Almost 40% in and the count is essentially the same. It’s over.

"She said Jody this is the end. We cannot be naive. This is how it started in Germany."

Good grief, these people are mentally unhinged.

Just what the heck did Trump ever say to make them believe such things?

I just checked my sheet and I get; Trump +110, Clinton +73

Can you please check your numbers again and let me know if I made a mistake? Thanks in advance.

No because WI counted all their Absentee votes when they finalized last week or so. Philadelphia hadn’t finished tallying absentee so that is why the change.

1) PA didn’t pull anything. The absentees in PA by law don’t even have to arrive for several days after Election Day. The additional numbers that came in were always there, not pulled out of thin air, not manufactured, nothing of that sort. They just arrived later, within the law.

The slowness calling PA was because of this. The total number of ballots that had been mailed out to voters was known. Only when the lead was too large to be undone by the number outstanding could it be called.

2) There is no sign in Wisconsin of anything ugly going on. Even Hillary heavy recount venues are showing variance from election day of only a few votes here and there. These seem to be honest people to date.

3) The recount in WI should be just about 50% done with tonight’s spreadsheet. That would be 1.5ish million votes recounted. Variance from election day, a few 10s of votes.

Will Dane be ready ion time? What is the view on that? If the outlook is they will not make the deadline, what can be done to speed it up?

Anyone hearing that Michigan recount prospects are over? I saw news on another thread that a ruling was made in the last hour.

I get all that I’m saying 24 hrs analysis indicates the patterns of those absentees is SO FAR off base from norms, esp when comparing who voted for who. For ex a high number of R vote for senate should equal a similiar patter for Prez vote and they are way off. Theory is they have the absentees but are forging a 2nd set with high % swing to HRC. I’ll try and find that analysis and post.

They should look at Clinton training and paying people to incite trouble at Trump rallies. Trouble that was so severe it caused a rally to be canceled and police to be assaulted.

Thanks. You are correct. (I had 18 lines I should have removed)
I re-ran it and now get Trump 110, Clinton 73.

If everyone followed the directions, it wouldn't be. But in every election, there are people who write in their candidate even if they're already on the ballot, or circle the name instead of filling in the dot, etc. An honest recounter would catch these.

I'm not even talking about that type of issue. I mean, assuming everyone followed directions, if you give 10 people the same stack of 1,000 ballots, what are the chances you will come out with 10 of the same results? But feed those into a scanner, and you will get the same results 10 out of 10 times, assuming no misfeeds.

People will write the number from the scanner wrong.

These things should NEVER be networked, certainly not thru the internet, and as long as they are not there will be errors.

Too few to matter. A insignif price to pay to have them non networked.
