It's not like we've seen a flood of cases in the other 21 states where electors vote for Ronald McDonald or Jay-Z instead of their own party's candidate.

Washington, DC, also has such a law. But, of course, the democrats have no plans to challenge that law...
They ran as slates of electors pledged to a candidate.
If they wished to be elected as super duper voters, they should have campaigned that way.

There is a law on the books that says anyone who has destroyed government document cannot hold public office. She would be disqualified by that alone.

The .280 wouldn’t be for Apache gunships but for their pilots, mechanics, fuel trucks, etc.

I say propose whoever wins the most counties in the state gets the electoral votes. Congress can go with districts, but the senate and the white house are done this way.
This way if there is cheating, it is limited to one county and doesn’t disenfranchise everyone else. If they want to have dead people vote in Cook County, knock yourselves out. It will only impact a single County.
Make this the focus of a Constitutional Convention and when the Democrats STB, say the option is voter ID.
That’s the way the Supreme Court sees it, too.

I realize it will never change. The states aren’t going to vote against their own self interest.
I don’t think the American military would unleash their gunships on American citizens. I think it is more likely that Hillary would be removed by the military if she pulls a stunt like this. Remember how “popular” the Clintons have always been with the Armed Forces.
