The Detroit Free Press said the recount “will be a monumental task for the Secretary of State and 83 county clerks around Michigan” and that the state will hand count each ballot if a recount is requested.
Michigan’s recount rules say that a candidate “who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible ‘fraud or mistake’ in the precinct returns may petition for a recount of the votes cast in the precincts involved.”
Michigan charges $125 per precinct for a recount. Opposing candidates can “submit objections to the recount request to the Board of County Canvassers,” Michigan’s recount rules say.
In contrast, Wisconsin does not mandate hand counting of ballots and uses a mixture of electronic machines and paper ballots. Pennsylvania is one of a few states to rely almost exclusively on electronic machines without any paper records.

Totals may change within the margins, but no one expects an overturn of the election.

“Stein has no legal standing in Pennsylvania”, Here is the problem: if they flip WI & Mi (or if it begins to look like there is a chance either will) there is a 0% chance PA won’t be get a recount by court order if necessary. Hillary will have standing.I hate to say it but Trump seems clueless, this is not a “scam”. I wish I shared all the optimism and bravado but I think we are in a real war here and I don’t know if we can win it if Trump thinks this is some money scam he saw in the business world. They have been working this awhile that is why they waited until the last minute to file to keep Trump from countering in NV,NM and MN.
She won’t choose any counties where they haven’t manufactured thousands of votes. It’s Florida all over again times five and no Supreme Court to end the BS this time. :-(

As I said before Hillary will not be able to “discover” enough votes to overcome Trump’s 68,000 margin. They can’t disqualify an entire state, PA, by betting on getting a superior court judge to agree to violate the law by accepting the request without the legal mandate of having proof of fraud or error.
When Trump took PA by such a large margin, Clinton was dead.

If they aren’t prosecuted and convicted for this crime the Democrats and the media will continue to argue voter fraud is not an issue. Certainly a Republican Governor can initiate a real investigation.

Absentee ballots cannot be fabricated at this point. The deadline for absentee ballots to be received is usually election day.
As we asserted, the best opportunity for shenanigans is before the election.
Read this post below. They already have stacks of blank absentee ballots ready to go. They just don’t use them unless they get a call.
Once the ballot is separated from the envelope, who would ever know when or if it were stamped?

They are never prosecuted. We got lucky, they were caught. We need 24-7 cameras in their offices. We need the voter rolls purged of aliens and fictitious people.
Wonder how many of those Presidential undervotes are NEVERTRUMPER ballots who voted straight R on all down ballot races and didn’t vote for President?
Even if they are not NeverTrump they can legally be objected to and by court order if it comes to that not counted.
Also in MI unlike WI, the SOS has authority to reject a recount request for various reasons and also the petitioner must prove some kind of harm was done to them. Also in MI Team Trump or MI GOP acting on behalf of Trump can file an objection to the recount and the MI SOS must take the objection under advisement!
Also, the Michigan SOS who oversees elections is GOP, so the Rats will not get any special favors unlike WI.

Let’s pray you’re correct. As I said in an earlier post, I think flipping 3 states seems like a bridge too far. And that is what I’m counting on. Again, Trump dismissing this as a “Scam” and hypocrisy on Hillary’s part tells me he doesn’t see this for what it is.
